If you're Jennifer Lawrence or Amy Schumer, the bonds of sisterhood have been expanded to include "watching the other pee in something that isn't actually a toilet."
In a video supplement to a new interview with Vanity Fair, Schumer, who covers the May 2016 issue, provides context for a few stories Lawrence recently shared with the magazine. In one, Lawrence elusively instructed: "Ask [Schumer] if she's ever seen someone pee in a bidet."
No surprise, Schumer dove right in.
"Yes, I have — you wanna know who it was?" Schumer asks in the clip above before flashing an iPad-image of Lawrence. "That girl, she sees a bidet, she's gonna piss in it. No, she's very clean, she's great, [but] bidets are for washing your asshole and not peeing in them. They're for something way more regal."
In July 2015, a gunman opened fire in a screening of Schumer's Trainwreck that left two people dead. Schumer's since teamed up with her cousin, New York Senator Chuck Schumer, to advocate for closing background-check loopholes through the Aiming for Change campaign, but Schumer told Vanity Fair she's still haunted by guilt over the horrific event.
"It’s like when the Dark Knight shooting happened, and in Paris. The idea of people trying to go out and have a good time — you know, like looking forward to it? I don’t know why that makes me the saddest," she recalls. "I was by myself in a hotel [when I heard], and I was just like, 'I wish I never wrote that movie.'"
