PSP IDs victim of fatal crash on Route 64 in Walker Township

Authorities have identified the victim of Wednesday's fatal crash on Route 64 in Walker Township.

Troopers say 66-year-old Larry Hoffman, of Lock Haven, was killed when his vehicle crossed into the opposite lane and struck a tractor-trailer head-on.

Officials say the crash closed a portion of Route 64 for several hours.

Authorities say one person is dead following a multi-vehicle crash along Route 64 in Walker Township.

Officials say the crash occurred Wednesday afternoon when one vehicle reportedly crossed into the opposite lane of travel and struck a second vehicle head-on.

According to PennDOT's 511PA alert page, Route 64 was closed for an extended period of time between Hublersburg Road and Snydertown Road.

911 officials say the roadway has since reopened.

No further details have been released at this time and the identity of the crash victim is not yet known.
